Talisman is equipped with video surveillance systems for the purpose of protecting people and property in order to pursue the legitimate interest of security within its facilities. The Hotel is the entity responsible for the processing of data, intended to be exclusively used and communicated under the terms of criminal procedural law. The data collected will be retained for 30 days, you may exercise the right of access regarding the data that concerns you, which may not involve access to third party images, which will be hidden or anonymized, and may also file a complaint with the CNPD. The Hotel may at any time limit or remove the video surveillance system from its establishments, and there may be periods when they are not in operation, namely for maintenance needs, technical reasons or power cuts.

Hotel Talisman’s website may contain links to third party websites over which Hotel has no control. The Hotel is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of associated websites. Hotel recommends reading the privacy policies of any associated websites you visit, as their privacy policies and practices may differ from the Hotel.
